Hello, I’m Elaine,
I offer reflexology treatments for people who are holding a lot, and probably have been for a long time.
I work quietly, gently, and with just enough structure to help you feel safe in your body again.
No fluff. No hard sell. No generic “just breathe” energy. Just calm, kind, real care.
A Little Bit About Me
Before this, I spent most of my life in high-pressure, high-stakes work:
Air ambulance crew.
Paramedic.
Registered nurse.
I’ve seen what happens to bodies, and to people, when they’re in constant survival mode. When you’re always “fine,” always coping, always carrying the load.
And I’ve lived it too. That’s what led me to reflexology. Not because I wanted to “switch careers.” But because I needed it.
I needed something slower, something that made space for softness. Something that helped me get back into my body, without needing to talk or perform.
Now I offer that to others.
How I Work
I work with people who don’t always feel seen.
My sessions are sensory and restorative.
You stay fully clothed.
You can talk, or not.
You can snore. You can laugh. You can just be.
I come to you. I bring the chair, the blankets, the warm light and calm energy. You don’t have to supply anything except yourself.
What I Believe
You’re not a condition.
You’re not a problem to be fixed.
You’re a person who deserves care, without having to ask for it in the right way.
